Continuing the Mission, Honoring the Legacy

Operation Warrior Shield was founded by Edward “Ed” Schloeman, whose vision, leadership, and deep commitment to service shaped the heart of this organization. Today, the organization continues its work under the leadership of Chief Strategy Officer Bethann Carbone in partnership with the Board of Directors, ensuring continuity, stability, and faithful stewardship of OWS’s programs and future.
